Washer fill, agitates, drains, then at the transition period from here to rinse, the timer motor stops. I can still hear the 60 cycle hum from the washer motor, but the timer motor is off. I think there is suppose to be a delay period, But where does this delay originate, and how does it communicate with the timer motor. Thanks...
