Please provide the model number and more detailed description of the problem.Does it agitates? Does the motor run in spin?

Hi Simon the model is 11026842690 Kenmore Series 80. No, it does not agitates but the motor runs, but it doesn't spin. I hear the motor, but the tub or agitator moves at all. Thanks for the reply.

You probably have a busted coupler 285753A. This is covered in the two stickys above "replacing direct drive washer brake shoes" and "washer repair videos".
