Hotpoint/GE plastic drum coupler
Model Number: VBXR1090D0ww Brand: Hotpoint Age: 5 - 10 years
Plastic agitator to tub coupler won't ome off after removing the very rusty agitator center bolt? Any tricks to get it off? Or should I cut it off with Dremel Tool.

Brute force should get it off. You would have to do an awlful lot of cutting with a dremel to get down to the splined hub. It's attached to the splined agitator shaft, not the tub.
