Hi I have a tricky one(for me) I would really appreciate your expertise with. Kenmore top load automatic, mod. 110.21102012. Fairly new. still with warranty, but warranty is no good if debris is caught in it? Anyway it fills and agitates fine. lid is locked during agitation, you must pause it to unlock. after wash cycle the timer does not advance, it won't drain or spin (it will drain manually). there is nothing in the pump chamber and hoses are not blocked. If i manually set it to drain/spin it does nothing.there is no filter in the inner tub and i can't find a filter in the pump housing. So,do you have any suggestions? Hi.

Check if the drain pump gets 120VAC. If it does - replace it

Part number: W10276397

If not - check the connections at the control board and if needed - replace it W10445385.

Locate the tech sheet inside the cabinet and run diagnostic test - "wont drain"
