the machine did not workin

Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years

the machine spin good but the mashine did not wash,the agitator is replace and the belt,but still he did not wash only spin ,can some one help me ,I NEED HELP,THE MACHINE IS GENERAL ELECTRIC 6CYCLE
