Spins But Still Wet
Model Number: ALW480DAW Brand: Amana Age: 5 - 10 years
Good Afternoon
Our Amana washer is just 10 years old. Never has needed any repair. Clothes have been coming out wet. Clothes used to come out almost dry. Recently the come out wet to the touch. What should I look for first? Ads By Google Related Models

Hi.
If you remove the kick panel you'll have access to the belt, idler pulley, motor. Check if the belt is not damaged, if the tension is normal and no oil on the belt. Here are the breakdown diagrams and 08-Motor, Belt, Pump, and Idler Assy parts for Amana ALW480DAW - AppliancePartsPros.com Simon.
