Maytag Neptune Not Going to Rinse
Model Number: FAV6800AWW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
I put it in diagnostic mode and it will not a spin test. Hand Wash LED comes on and I hear a couple of clicks and a sound like it tries to start spinning, then nothing. I tried the motor control test and the motor spins a few times and then starts jerking. Pully turns fine going through the Wash cycle. When it finishes the Wash cycle it does not go to Rinse. The pully turns for a few seconds and then quits. It keeps doing this and the time does not count down. Anyone know what is causing this?
