We need a little more info.
At what points does it stop, does it finish the cycle and does it spin at all?
The more detail you can give us the better our chances of giving you a good diagnosis
Thanks

During Regular wash, the tank fills goes through wash cycle, stops for 3-4 minutes, drains then stops for 3-4 minutes. Doesn't spin, refills and goes through rinse cycle, stops for 3-4 minutes, drains, stops until the timer times out.
The machine works fine on the Knits/Delicate cycle.

Since the machine works ok in the one cycle, but not in the other the almost certain problem is with your timer. The contacts which tell it to spin in the regular cycle are apparently not working correctly, so the machine timer just advances to the end of the process without spinning. Part number: AP2908170
