I have order the upper clothes mover for my Whirlpool clothes washer. It does not seem overly difficult to replace. However, there are two or three removable parts. It appears that they do come with the cylinder. Do they come with the cylinder and is there any type lubricant needed? If lubricant is needed, does it come with the parts. What type lubricant is needed?

White lithium grease would work just fine.
However if you are replacing the top mover
because its not moving you may be disappointed.
You most likely needed this..primarily what they call "the dogs"

Is "the dogs" an internal part or another part that doesn't come with the top agitator?

The dogs are what provide the ratchet action so that the mover
only turns in one direction to push the clothes into the lower agitator.
They are the most common item in the agitator to fail.
The last time I actually ordered a clothes mover they did not
come with it.
