Model Number: HAV2360AWW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
My good old reliable Maytag washer still does the washing part well but lately when goes through the spin cycle, it knocks, kicks and moves the washer. I may add that this does not happen every time.
When I distribute and adjust the load (wet cloths), noise and knocking stops. Any suggestions about the cause. What parts should I replace to stop this problem. Ads By Google Related Models |

Hard to say without being there to observe it.
I would operate it with the front panel off and see if you can determine the source of the problem, broken spring or something like that. Good luck.
