Today I encountered a problem. When I tried to start a load of laundry, I chose the cycle like I always do. The lights were blinking rather than being the normal solid light. When I tried to start the cycle, it will not start. I have tried unplugging the washer and plugging it back it does not resolve the problem. I tried to enter the diagnostic mode as the tech sheet says, but the C 0:00 will not appear. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue or what it might be? PLEASE HELP!!!

When the diagnostics don't work the likely problem is the control board which generates the diagnostics.

I would change it out and see if that fixes things. If you buy from this site and the part does not solve the problem you can return it.
