Maytag neptune won't spin!
Model Number: Mah5500bww Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
Washer spins fine in service mode, but in operation mode just buzzes loudly. Also error codes 10 and 23 come up. When I test the door locks, it locks on first attempt and unlocks on second attempt. Is the lock the cause of my spinning issue? And is the balance error simply a result of that or a separate issue altogether?Help me!!!
