Model Number: WTW5590VQO Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
washer occasionally does not enter drain cycle or leaves clothes towels wet. Unit is not level. Upon arrival unit drained and spinned in two cycles Smll and lge. with no clothes. Could this be a clutch issue or a timer?

Not enough information. If it doesn't drain after agitation cycle, is the motor running/humming or just stopped completely? Did it drain once and then not go into spin? Clutch can affect spin but has nothing to do with drain.

Just leveled unit and ran towels in med cycle and it cycled into the thr rinse cycle after draining and spinning. Has not created original issue. Will check later to see if it completes cycle. Still concerned about cause.
