Water coming out overflow (flood tube)
 

This washer has some water coming out of plastic flood or overflow tube during wash and rinse cycle. Water level is OK and fill valves fine.
The inner stainless tub moves during these cycles.
Is that normal for the stainless tub to move.
I thought this may be causing the water slop out the tube located in back left corner of tub.

It's normal for it to move a very little bit but if it's moving in sync with the agitator like it's agitating, then the mode shifter is not working.

Last night i found out from wife water comes out flood hose only when set to largest load capacity and Stainless tub does move just like the agitator!
