Assume there is one more trailing zero on that number? Will it drain and spin if you advance the timer manually? If so, you may have a bad water level pressure switch and would need to test it with multimeter.

Could just be a bad lid switch. Check the switch with multimeter or just jump it out to see if it will work. Can you post a clear picture of the wiring diagram? To test or jump out the lid switch, open the control panel. You'll see a 3-wire jack and plug on the top right side of the cabinet. Unplug the connector and jump together the white and gray wires of the plug you just pulled out. To check with meter, check across the two outside pins of the jack in the cabinet. With lid closed, it should read a short circuit (0 ohms).
