maytag neptune front load washer mod# mah8700aww. Problem is a bad vibration in spin cycle like load is out of balance. happens all the time. machine is setting level in all directions and stable on concrete floor (it does set on top of a base that is made for that machine). My son just purchased this machine used so we dont know exactly how old it is. It looks like new and seems too function properly other than vibration. PLEASE HELP!!!

There are several checks you will need to make, The attached pdf file will help you determine the repairs and possible parts you may need.
First, if the washer is installed on a "pedestal" or "riser" make sure the attachment bolts are properly installed and tightenned, and there is no damaged or bent parts of the pedestal.
Depending on the serial number of your washer, the unit may or may not have a "MEMS" sensor kit installed.Remove the top panel, and check for a rectangular box attached to the center brace or the front of the control panel, with a wire harness attaching the "box" to the main control board.( if the serial number starts with 16, then the "kit" was a "factory install"component.
If you follow the checks and information , and need and install the reccomended sensor kit(if needed) you'll have a more satisfactory result and washer performance.

F .Y.I. Please note; Serial No. For this machine is 10620008gn. So by not starting with a 16 I'm guessing it does not have the MEMS Sensor you referred to joe. Do u by chance know the cost of the kit and if you have available? I could not locate it in parts. Thank You for all your help Joe M. Sincerely, Gary
