Kenmore Top Loading does not Spin or Agitate (With HD VIDEO) of Problem
Model Number: 110.22292100 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
Hi everyone,
It seems that my moms Kenmore Model Number: 110.22292100 top loading washing machine stop agitating and doesn't spin dry anymore. It is not the switch for that was fixed before. The water fills and drains like its suppose to but, the spin or agitate does not work. I've narrowed it down to the two things most likely need repairing.... 1: The Clutch Band http://www.rcappliancepartsimages.co...3/00555268.jpg or 2: Drive Block http://www.rcappliancepartsimages.co...5/00928580.jpg Here is a YouTube video in HD with the issue. Sounds like the drive coupler between motor and transmission is shot. The clutch and drive block have nothing to do with agitation.

yes it was the Coupler. The plastic piece that was on the motor side broke. Thanks eric. I got a new one locally and was able to get it working 100% again. Last edited by integlspwr : 11-10-2012 at 04:04 PM.
