Model Number: mvwc6esww0 Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
The original problem was My washer starts spinning dry, than would overfill with water until overflowing. I contacted appliancepartspros and they told me I needed the softener switch(W10292584) witch is a water level switch. I try it, same problem.Next they say it also needs a timer switch(WPL W10243947), I turn on machine and nothing happens, machine won't start. I check all the connections, make sure the pins are all contacting, check the hose to the softener switch for blockage or kinks, everything looks good. Now they say I need a board witch is plugged into the timer. Machine won't start. Next I put the original timer back in and I'm back to the original problem. My brother is an excellent auto mechanic and I can get him to held me diagnose with his multimeter. Please help!!
