Maytag Centennial filling but nothing else
Model Number: MVWC300VWO Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a maytag centennial that will fill with water but wont do anything else, no matter what setting I switch it to. I read some previous post. Im thinking the motor. am I thinking along the right lines? Is there a way to test the motor? Thanks for all your help this site has saved me tons of money in repairs that I did myself. Thanks. Buck.

Remove the control panel and check the lid switch on the left side. Unplug the switch, you should have continuity between the terminals on the switch where the white and gray wires connect with the lid closed.
