During the spin cycle there is an excessive humming sound/noise.
The Agitator appears to be loose.

How do I tighten it or replace it?

If you can turn the agitator by hand the coupling under the agitator is bad. Remove the agitator by pulling up to access the agitator coupling. Clothes Washer Repair Guide
