I have a Whirpool front loader washer that I need some advice on. Recently, the inside tub was spinning thru on a cycle, and seemed to become off center. It rubbed the plastic on the front outer wash tub really bad. I thought replacing the front outer tub would fix my problem. After I put everything back togethor, when I ran the first load thru, the inner tub again started spinning crooked and tearing up the rim of the new front outer tub that I had just replaced. When I manually rotate the tub, I can see that it doesnt spin evenly. Ive taken everything back apart, but am wondering what I need to adjust so that the tub spins evenly.

We've never had any issues with our washer before. This problem just seems to have started happening in the last week.

This is hard to say without being there. Run it with the back off and see if you can tell if the support struts are ok.
