My issue seems simple but I am finding out with the complex electronics on these new machines it is not always that simple. Here is what mine is doing:

Lid lock locks and unlocks repeatedly doing the cycle. Will not agitate once filled. it will however drain when the time is appropriate, but not spin.

it appears it has something to do with the lock, but since i can hear the initiator to switch from the sensing to filling to washing and spinning that there is something inhibitting the actual transmission of the signal to function. this nmakes me wonder if the control board had issues.

I was able once or twice to get it to spin using the drain and spin option, but usually it does not spin.

how can I know if it is just the lid lock or something else?

Here are your parts

Often if you click on a part's picture a new page will open with more info and sometimes a Q&A section which may be useful to you.

The tech sheet should help you troubleshoot this problem.
It seems too big to attach on this site so I have put it on another site for you, below is the link. Hopefully it works. Un-check "Use our download manager and get recommended downloads" as this will add a program you may not want to your computer.
