I have a maytag washer A503. It will do everything but pump water out. It will wash and go into then spin. but no water will come out. changed pump belt, took all hoses off and checked for stoppage looked in pump through hose opening clear .pump turned but will not pump out

Adjust the pump belt tension as described in the attached file. If it would not help, replace the drain pump.
