Model Number: 110.88752796 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
This is a unit that came with the house, so I'm not sure of the care given. But initially it was a quiet machine... Now it seems totally out of balance and very loud. When you look down into the drum, even unloaded it is off center. Loaded its much more off center. Suggestions? Remedies? I'm handy and can fix most things...

Remove the washer front panel and check the suspension springs and the mounting plate. Post the results.
