front load washer,i noticed when washing it turns one way then the other one way seems fine when it goes the other there is a load screetching and a clunking sound and when it spins sounds like have a dozen pairs of shoes in it.i also noticed the wheel on the back i can pull or push and it moves a little is this suppose to be normal

Per your description very likely the problem is a bad rear bearing and/or a bad inner tub spider.

The bearing comes as a part of the rear outer tub and the spider comes as a part of the inner tub.
