My front load washer will not drain all the water out, it seems to drain some but the clothes are soaked and there is water in the bottom of the drum that doesn't drain from the final spin. It also seems that the drum is loose and doesn't spin as fast as it should, it does spin but not as fast as in the past. I have tried to start the washer back at final spin after where the water comes in and that did help a few times but that is no longer working to empty the remaining water. I have pulled the tech papers from the front panel but it just shows wiring instructions. I am looking for suggestions on what to look at to try to correct. I read other posts with water not draining and could be the filter but I could not locate or the water drain when opening the panel. Thanks.

Hi. Open the toe panel (screws are at the bottom of the toe panel). Unplug the washer. Remove the coin trap hose Part number: 131784700
from the tub and pump and clean it. Make sure the pump and the drain hose are clear. When taking the hose off be prepared for a water leaking out.A few towels may help. Post the results. Simon.

Simon, Thanks. I removed the pump and there was some things in the bottom I cleared it out and reattached and tried running. There was still water in the bottom. It does seem like some water is emptying, the clothes on the top are not soaked, but the ones in the bottom are dripping and there is still some in the bottom of the washer. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Hi. If the drain pump gets 120VAC and you are absolutely sure there is no restrictions in the drain lines and hoses - replace the drain pump Part number: 137108000
Simon.
