My washer has recently started making a loud squeaking noise.
It only makes the noise while agitating and while draining. Nothing while filling or or spinning.
I have no idea what it is, and so far haven't found anything on the web about it.

Things that may be important to know about it..
I did replace the pump a few months ago with a fairly inexpensive one off ********.
Also lately I've had to give it a push to get it spinning on the spin cycle (bad clutch, right?)

Thanks a lot for your time,
the washer is my moms and I'm trying to get it up and going for her :)

You may try removing the pump from the motor and while leaving the hoses attached move the pump back and running it to see if the noise goes away ... If so I would blame the pump for the noise
