Model Number: DSQ9633LWD Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
My Whirlpool Top loading washer will not fill. I had a similar problem a couple of years ago and replaced the inlet valve (8181694), so I replaced it again, since we have very hard water. Problem still exists. I have verified that water is coming out of both hot and cold hoses. The washer will go into spin cycle. Where do I go from here?

The model number GSQ9633LW0 is the correct one. Good job!
Most likely the problem is a bad ATC (water temperature) control board (inside the control panel) but there is a small chance for the temperature switch to be bad as well. I would replace the ATC board first. - The ATC board Part number: 3955728 - The temperature switch Part number: 3950358 Here are the breakdown diagrams and Parts for Whirlpool GSQ9633LW0 - AppliancePartsPros.com Gene.
