Model Number: DEFY Brand: -brand- Age: More than 10 years
I have a 22 year old DEFY AUTOMAID 5kg frontloader washer.
It does the full cycle of washing but when door is unlocked to remove the clothes, they are still soaking wet. Noticed that the "delicate spin" position (towards the end of the cycle programe) did not spin at high speed thus causing the clothes to be still very wet. Any ideas of the problem? This is not American made washer (probably South Africa?) and unfortunately we do not have any access to their technical documentation.
Gene.
