Hello,
I have been having trouble with my washing machine. Orginally, it started to turn on without touching it at all, then if you tried to do something it would give the error code ERR. Once this started to happen, we did the diagnostic test and it gave us the error code E41, and the Tech Data Sheet says the control board thinks the door switch is open. If we unplugged the Washer and turned the dial to touch-up (the starting position) it would then work again for a cycle or two, but then do the same thing.
A few times it also got stuck in the middle of a cycle, or would be frozen on 1, and not complete the entire cycle. It would give the command PAU and if you tried to do anything, it would say ERR.
Now, I cannot get it to do anything, I plug the washer in and the LED screen is Blank, but all the Little LEDS are lit up under the options, cycle, water temp, etc. buttons. It will also flash PAU but I cant even clear that code anymore. I am still confused if this is the door switch assembly or the control board? Also, if it is the control board, is it the electronic control up top or the motor control board underneath the machine?
Thanks and hope to hear soon!
Bill

Try replacing the main control unit, the one at the top. These electronic controlled machines are difficult to diagnose, and sometimes the door switch can be the issue but your problem really sounds like the main control unit.

Good, let us know how it turns out. If you buy from this site and the part does not fix the problem you can return it, even a control unit.
