my washing machine is not working correctly.. what happens is when the machine fills up to rinse the water is filling in the tub then it gets to that point where it will drain but as it is draining water is still trickling out. we have to shut the water off so it doesnt continue to fill. because it just goes around another cycle if the water is not shut off. once the water is shut off at the valve it goes through as normal. do you know what could be causing that?

The likely explanation is that you either have something blocking the tube that goes to the pressure/water level switch or the water level switch is bad, or last likely the timer is bad.
