Maytag Atlantis Washer MAVT634AWW Loud Noise

Model Number: MAVT634AWW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a Maytag Atlantis Washer MAVT634AWW making a very loud noise all of a sudden during the spin-cycle. It sounds kind of like a loud grinding sound. It's hard to explain, so I made a vid of it making this sound.

I imagine I will have to take it apart to confirm a diagnosis, anything specific I should look for?
