I've had my combo front loader for just over a year now...(meaning the warranty is up). I use it about once a week to wash one load in my kitchen (we use no paper, all cloth). About two months ago, it quit drying completely; the rags are totally wet. However, the drum still gets hotter than heck...so the heat isn't the problem. I assumed it was a sensor, but when the tech came (has never dealt with one of these, much less seen one), he went through the whole machine with a tech on the phone from the company. In the end, after trying a few things, they said all that was left to do was replace the (expensive) control board. We did that, and I just ran a load...and it's still not working! I'm hoping there is someone out there that has extensive experience that can give our tech ideas...he is open since he knows very little about this machine. I am BUMMED as this awesome machine is just over a year old, and in washing machine terms, used very limitedly. I will be more bummed if I spent over 1000.00 on a lemon. :-/ Help!
