This machine has been relatively reliable for the past 12 years. In the past week however, the spouse has been complaining that the machine will not spin nor drain. The items come out of the machine wet. Based upon a search of this forum, the following have been completed:
~pumps have been removed and cleaned verifying to mechanical obstruction.
~the wax motor, clip, and door locked switch have been replaced.
~note: the original was motor was the reddish, and had a resistance of 1387 ohms. The new wax motor (black plunger) purchased here out of the box had a resistance of 1385 ohms. Per the manual a wax motor should have a resistance of approximately 1900 ohms at room temperature.
~R11 does not appear to be damaged.

Having completed the above, the machine still does not drain completely nor spin.

Any ideas on the next step would be most appreciated.
