Hi.
The E41 code means that the control board sensing a bad door latch. Remove the door latch and check the resistance of the PTC (brown wax motor). Should be around 1500 ohm. Check connectors at the latch and control board, wire harness.If the resistance is way off - replace the door latch. Post the model number and I'll get you the part. Simon.
