When this washer goes into any spin cycles it virbates and shakes badley. I have tried Hi, Med, and low speeds and it does the same. Load can be full or half and does the same. I live in a dbl wide mobile home and at times you can feel it thru the entire house. Do I need to call someone to service this or is this normal?

No it is not normal. Before you call a repair person take off the back and see if you can see a broken strut support.
