won't wash
Model Number: KAWE860WH3 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: More than 10 years
Washer will fill with water, but will not start. When selector is moved to spin, it will spin out.

Since it will spin this means the motor is working okay, at least in one direction and that the lid switch is ok an there is nothing clogging the pump.
I would try replacing the timer and see if that fixes things.
