keep getting "water tap closed error"..have inspected in let and out let screens and they are clean..no kinked hoses..washer will eventualy complete a washing cycle, but must keep hitting start button 7 or 8 times.
water pressure in adjacent faucets is normal. seems to drain fully. Repairman came out, said it must be the pump, Boschusa. said they doubted it was a pump issue..any ideas?

Can you tell us exactly what error code you are getting, and do you have a tech sheet which allows you to put the machine in trouble shooting mode?

About the only thing I can recommend at this point is having a Bosch factory authorized tech look at it.
