Our washing machine just stopped mid-cycle and will not spin OR drain. We tried restarting the cycle, but it stopped at the same point again. At times, if we turn it back on, it makes a loud clicking/grinding noise. But sometimes it doesnt make any noise. Not sure what needs to be done. Hoping to avoid having a repair man come out to our house on Tuesday if possible. Any suggestions?
