Approx. 10 year old Maytag topload washer just started making loud high pitched jet like noise at beginning of both spin cycles. Noise lasts less than a minute. Washer functions fine otherwise. Please help!

Hi there
Looks like we may have the same washer...Maytag 10 years old and I'm now experiencing the very same problem. Loud noise during both spin cycles. I see you posted in September and was wondering if you ever diagnosed the problem
