Model Number: WJSE3110A0WW Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
I recently had the water level switch kind of pop out of place so I opened up the panel, and repositioned it properly. I made sure that I did so correctly by looking at a schematic that came with the washer. Since then, my machine acts as if it is full of water even though it already drained the water. I hear the pump for the drain coming on as it tries to suck out the water but there is no water in the tub. Because of this, the machine gets stuck on the rinse/drain stage of the cycle. It will not move onto the spin cycle. Help!!! Should I buy a new water level switch and replace it or is there something else I can try? I unplugged the washer and let it sit for over an hour hoping it would reset itself to no avail. Thank you!
