Model Number: 111 elite Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

i have a kenmore washer that is an elite 111 direct drive and it will drain but won't agitate the motor just hums but when i advance the knob to spin it drains fine the dog ears are good the pump is good and the coupling that goes between the motor and the tranny is good i believe its the motor because from my understanding the motor goes one direction to agitate and the other to spin and drain any tips

If it is draining then the motor is okay, try checking and replacing the clutch and see if that fixes the spin problem.
