Model Number: wtw6400sw2 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
The cabrio washer is skipping cycles. When we turn it on a regular cycle it will say it has 56 minutes remaining and goes through the wash cycle normally. Then suddenly it will skip to 6 minutes remaining and will say it is in a spin cycle. It does drain the water out but does not spin. We have not received any error messages other than "OL" - but it will throw that code with nothing in it as well. We have cleaned and checked the washer plate, tubs and drain pump. We can't find anything else wrong... please help!!
