We just moved and installed our washer.
It won't spin.

It is a Front Load LG Washer with direct drive inverter.

Everything lights up, no error messages, fills with water, but won't spin.
It makes a whirring noise, and we can move drum manually.

The filter is clean. Door says its locked.
We unplugged it and tried to reset it, but still it won't spin.

What have we missed?
