Washer UL HELP
Model Number: 11027087603 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
My Kenmore Elite Oasis top load washer is banging then says UL while in the last 6-8 minutes of the cycle. Even after adjusting clothes it still does it. It will not do it if washer is empty. Spins just fine. We removed the inner tub and noticed water sounds between the walls of the tub. (not sure if that is normal) My husband says he thinks the tub has a crack and water level is not level in tub and is causing UL while spinning, I say we need new suspension rods.

I know this message is old, but I was wondering if the suspension rods fixed your issue. My washer is having the same issue currently. I can't decide if its the rods or a bad balance sensor.
