I bought a near mint condition washer, but it has sat for over one year inside a home. Owner died and now estate is selling off items. Problem: Washer will spin but will not go through any of the wash cycles. Doesn't look abused or a hangar queen. All parts are present. Any help most appreciated. email is n22537@gmail.com thanks

We really need a little more info.
Please post the model number, and then tell us in some detail what happens when you start it. Does it fill, then the timer runs but no agitation and then drain and spin or what.
Thanks

I'll check out the model/serial info in AM. Just home from Church and dark out. Thank you. Originally Posted by: sidfink43 We really need a little more info.

I was told that it needed to be vertical in order for the tub to fill. So I tied it to the side of the washer and vola! It fills. Now the bad news, it leaks underneath the machine. Is there some kind of washer where the tub rotates on the framework? Thanks for any help. n22537@gmail.comOriginally Posted by: sidfink43 We really need a little more info.
