My Kenmore Elite washer has these symptoms: 1) agitates during water filling tub; 2) Water flows (not spray) continuously during the final spin cycle. I replaced the water level control switch & hose but that did not fix the problem. Is it possible I got a bad switch?

Hi.

The first problem is most likely related to the timer.
When the water flows in during the final spin check if the re is 120VAC to the water valve solenoids.
If yes - replace the timer, if not - you have a sticky water valve.

The timer Part number: 8541110
Part number: 8541110

The water valve Part number: 3979346
Part number: 3979346

Thank you. Post the results.

Simon.
