S/S inner barrel is eating the front half of tub? whats happening? Already replaced front half of tub and boot which now i know are the result and not the problem. please help!!!!

Pull the washer out of the wall and remove the rear panel. Check the nut (#1 at the diagram). If it became loose then the inner tub moved forward causing those damages. Very likely the rear outer tub has to be replaced.
