Well, I write this really out of despreation. Got the F37 code on my washer last week. Would not start any cycles, it would lock the door, run the pump briefly and then beep with the error code. Click/hold cancel a few times and the pump runs (w/o water) for 1-2min then shuts off and the door unlocks (washer powers off).
I checked underneath and opened the turn cap for the pump/pump resivior to see if there was a kids sock blocking the flow (as was the issue I had back in 2010 with an F35/suds code). No clothing in there. Checked the drain hose in back, which was clean. Everything on this forum and other sites said it was the analog pressor sensor. I went ahead and purchased it from APP last week and it came very quick. I installed the new sensor and was able to run 3 loads

through until the code popped up again

.
I have called whirlpool (against my better judgement) and after offering me an additional 1yr warranty/service for $330 (I paid $1k for the whole freaking machine), I decided to put in a service call for it. If the new sensor did not fix the issue, what could this be? Is it normal to have the pump run dry like that for a minute when this error code pops up and the cancel button is pressed?
Service visit is coming monday. I hoped that buying the part and installing would save money. Looks like it wasn't the case this time. Thoughts, ideas?
