Not sure if my washer is filling up far enough. Any way to tell how far it should fill? I know it depends on the level setting, but want to start with it set all the way up. I think the water level knob may be broken as it spins all the way around. It does continue to fill if I hold it on reset, but if I turn to hard, it spins down to mini basket.
Thanks

Remove the knob and inspect for any cracks from inside.

Check if the knob insert is in place.

I may not have been clear. It is not the external knob that I believe is bad, but the switch behind it. Any way to test it?
